Biography

I've been on my weight loss journey since 2007. I was facing several medical conditions and seeing several specialists. The doctors told me to lose weight or face some very serious consequences. I decided to start losing weight. I've had many ups and downs on this journey. I've had two surgeries and several outpatient surgical procedures. I'm no weight loss expert but an average person. I've done lots of research and experimenting and found what works for me.

Weight Loss Info: Set Realistic Goals Slow and steady wins the race. Don’t bite off more than you can chew – literally. Make small goals on your way to the bigger goal(s). In the end, you’ll have achieved more (and more frequently, might I add).

Weight Loss Info: Drink Plenty of Water   We often confuse thirst with hunger, and eat adding on unnecessary calories, when what we really need is a glass of cold water. If you prefer, you can add some Mio to a glass of water for extra flavor and no extra calories.
